It happened in November 2006, when kids were asked to call in to guess a celeb who had donated a pair of shoes for the Shoebiz Appeal charity fundraiser.
A computer problem stopped calls getting through to the studio so a staff member asked a child visiting the studio to pretend to take part.
The child won the competition, which CBBC bosses said will now be re-run.
It was probably just an innocent cocaine related mistake.
