BORIS MATERIALIZES AT SCENE OF ACCIDENT
Caught on camera! I heard some MPs were shape shifters but I have never heard of an MP materializing out of thin air. This is amazing.
I knew he'd be a great mayor! Soon as there's a car smash Boris is there personally to make sure his beloved Londoners are all ok!
