I missed court on friday.
Joel Bennathan QC, for Mohammed Hamid, 50, the self-styled "Osama Bin London", who denies, among other offence, soliciting to murder, accused the officer of making up parts of his evidence and "spicing up" his records of what the defendants said to each other in front of him during his four month mission.
Dawood has said the accused attended a paintballing trip on June 18 last year which was "preparation for Jihad".
But it emerged that he made a note of Hamid's words just after the trip and transcribed them as "something similar to Jehar".
He changed the last word to "Jihad" when he gave evidence in court, the officer admitted.
