A specially licensed garden created by the Duchess of Northumberland to stimulate debate on the misuse of drugs has fallen victim to thieves.
Six cannabis plants and electrical growing equipment...
The Duchess was given permission by the Home Secretary last year to grow cannabis, magic mushrooms and opium poppies as part of her horticultural project.
