Focuses on sweaty butt.
Voice over: I am wearing the wrong trousers. I have a sweaty butt.
Switch to diary cam: My butt was very sweaty. People laughed when I walked by.
Back to Booringmans sweaty butt, Voice over: I have a sweaty butt.
Focus on hobbling cameraman, voice over: Camera man has twisted his ankle.
Switch to diary cam: Camera man has twisted his ankle. It might be bad.
Back to hobbling cameraman: I have hurt my ankle. I have no idea how bad it is.
Who fucking edited this crap? Hilarious.
Train goes past poor people, voice over: Ahh.. Poor people. Beside railway tracks.
India looked as amazing as usual though.

CAGED HAMZAS NEW "DEATH" RANT ON NET!!
A POEM recited by jailed hate preacher Abu Hamza, in which he glorifies martyrdom, has suddenly appeared on YouTube.
Hamza, serving seven years in London’s top-security Belmarsh Prison, delivers nine verses in Arabic under the title: “Death, eagerly for the sake of Allah.”
He praises the “spirit of the martyr” and asks for jihad fighters to be given God’s mercy...
...The verses, used as the soundtrack to an al-Qaeda style video lasting 3½minutes, has also been posted on a site run by a London-based Egyptian exile listed in the US as a “global terrorist”.
A photo of the hook-handed cleric was displayed with an announcement that the recording is by “Sheik Abu Hamza Al Masri from Belmarsh Prison in Britain”...
...The tape is the first time a new recording of Hamza has been issued since he was held four years ago for soliciting murder. But a written interview with him appeared on the web three months ago...
...The Prison Service insisted: “There is no proof this recording was made by Hamza and no evidence it was made in prison.”
But internet terror expert Neil Doyle said: “I have spent hours listening to Hamza recordings. I am 1,000 per cent sure it is him.”
Well that is Hamza alright, and he's rhyming. God knows why they always record these things with the microphone in a bucket. Was it recorded before he went to prison? Don't know. Are the walls in Belmarsh particularly echoing? Fuck knows. I've got no idea what this tape says.

It was not reported how the recording was smuggled out of the prison.

OUTLAWED HATE GROUP IN FRESH TERROR THREAT
ISLAMIC hate preacher Omar Bakri Mohammed’s outlawed group has warned it plans its own Twin Towers-style terror attack...
...Al Muhajiroun is widely believed to have influenced the 7/7 ringleader Mohammed Siddique Khan to lead the suicide bomb attacks that killed 52 people in the capital in 2005.
Choudary, speaking at an Islamic conference at the Al Huda Centre in Walthamstow, east London, said: “The country is splitting into two camps and there is the prospect of another 9/11 or 7/7 attack.”
During the conference two videos were shown to the audience which featured several convicted terrorists.
Another speaker, Abu Waleed, a disciple of jailed preacher Abu Hamza, joked about Muslims carrying rucksacks and said Downing Street and the White House – along with the rest of the world – would soon be under Sharia Law...
No idea. I did a google search, if this is Abu Waleed I never saw him in Finsbury park. Muslims have lots of names. The scant information I got said that there was some distance between Hamza's group and Al-Mujharoun. If they are meeting again I will try to get along.

The smugglers taped together hundreds of short lengths of plastic tubing to create the pipe, in a feat of engineering and perseverance that enabled them to avoid 900,000 Estonian crowns (about £45,000) in excise duty.
A ripple of applause went round the court room as they entered.

They were no more likely to have mental illness and come from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
While most are male, women are often aware of their husband's and sons activities but do nothing to stop them.
Most over-30s have steady relationships and children, challenging the idea that terrorists are young men driven by sexual frustration and lured to "martyrdom" by the promise of beautiful virgins waiting for them in paradise.
The study, carried out by MI5's behavioural science unit, also played down the role of radical extremist clerics such as Abu Hamza.
Researchers talked to terrorists who had been involved in activities ranging from fund-raising to planning suicide attacks.

Barrister Michael Wolkind QC said the allegations against Ms Arani should have been cleared up in "15 minutes rather than 15 months" - and he criticised other lawyers for isolating her.
"She came to prominence because of her hard work," he said. "She deserves to regain her professional reputation."
As I've said I've never spoken to her but I'm assuming the problem between her and other lawyers and the press is that she believes Hamza is who he said he was at the trial, which leads all of them to assume that she supports terrorism.

The BBC has been saved from a fate worse than Charlie Boorman's paint drying road trip by none other than Russel Brand, who has made a proper road movie. Fucking fantastic. Isn't he mad? isn't he zany? No. he is normal. Its every other fucker. I'm not going to say anymore, just watch it.
In explaining his statement, Lutan Fyah said, "It was a statement like, big up Bounty Killa because mi si him mek nuff yout come inna di business an turn millionaire an mi seh mi woulda waan si di dem do some tings like dat to. Some Rasta weh did inna di show tek it upon dem self fi seh a dem mi a talk."
Fyah further went on to explain, "My statement was within the music, not the Rasta community, di statement never mean seh mi a dis Rasta people cause mi a Rasta to, suh mi would a dis mi self."Glad he cleared that up then.

I have been watching Charlie Boormans trip from Ireland to Sydney on the iPlayer. Is it me? Do they just miss the interesting bits out maybe? Didn't get them on film. The first two episodes come across as really bland. Its like a fucking package holiday only they have more interpreters laid on. I'd hate to have that much back up on a trip abroad. How can you have a genuine experience of a country which is your own? I never clicked before that Charlie Boorman is the son of John Boorman. Maybe it is the silver spoon which makes it all so bland. Am I jealous? Yeah probably. Of the trip, but not the company. This sort of planning would take all the fun out of a trip for me. Its the sort of thing a snooty girlfriend would insist on. How can you film a bloody trip around the world and it be crap? Ah well. They are in India next episode so I have a bit of hope. You could fall over drunk with a camera in India and make a good movie.
For a less Boor-ring travelers tale read Tom Thumbs Hand to Mouth to India. I met this guy at the end of his journey and got one of the first copies printed in Goa. I advised Tom to approach some publishers on his return but he didn't seem too keen on the idea. I think he had had enough of his trip by then. I was pleased to come across the book selling well on Amazon a few years ago.

Victims or Villans? Iraqi Female Suicide Bombers in The Guardian
Mr Choudary then referred to Bakri’s notorious aim of flying the ‘flag of Sharia’ over Downing Street, claiming that this would happen by 2020 as 500 people a day were converting to Islam and laughing that Muslim families in places like Whitechapel and Bethnal Green in east London were having ‘10 or 12 children each’.
Next 9/11 will be in Britain This is London
This reads like Its the Stupid Demography but from the other direction innit.

In all my time in Finsbury park I never really had anything against the Sun newspaper. They cover The War on Terr-r their way, I do mine. They steal my video and present it as their own exclusive. Whoever wrote this story has no interest in news, truth or the 7/7 victim they called for the quote. The Sun are scum. What a surprise.

I've just got to find a place to put it! Here it is sideways on my shelf, the safest place for the moment. Musa came round, we filmed a bit of his reaction to The Sun's page 26 "Shocker" I'm having a few technical difficulties but it should be up soon.
The last statement about "Wondering where the devil they might have been radicalized" is the usual TV terror thing which gets my goat. This seems ridiculous to me. Is the suggestion that Al-Qaeda types are spiriting around mosques with swinging pocket watches? I don't get it.
Muslim kids are growing up together, they see what is happening in Palestine, they understand that it couldn't happen without masses of US tax dollars. They see the West is propping up corrupt dictators, one after another in Muslim countries. This is common knowledge, its not a conspiracy theory. I wonder. Do they feel small? Powerless? Angry maybe? How does this shape these peoples lives? I was very surprised by 7/7, afterwards I have been more surprised how relatively few Muslims are reacting like this over here. Don't get me wrong, I could never actively support the notion of an Islamic state, it would suppress the free choice of a lot of my friends. I can see though that it must be obvious to every Muslim that an Islamic state is being actively suppressed by some major power groups worldwide, and this is what radicalizes them.

THE brother of an al-Qaeda terrorist has posted a sick joke video on YouTube — boasting about making a bomb.
In the film, Musa Ahmet, 47, stares chillingly at the camera and says: “Hi everybody. I’m going to show you how to make a deadly bomb in two minutes.”
He then appears to fiddle with components out of view before holding up a sign with “Deadly Bomb” scribbled above a crude sketch of a device.
...Musa later said he made the “joke” film to hit back at police who wrongly arrested him.
Speaking from his home in Eltham, South East London, he insisted: “I did it as a joke. There’s nothing behind it. I’m against terrorism.
“If anybody is offended by it then I apologise and I will take it down.”
Atilla's links to Al-Qaeda are....? Surely if he had proven links to Al-Qaeda it would have come up at his trial no? Musa showed me this video on his youtube a long while back.
Hey ho The Telegraph have picked this up as well. Great journalism guys. They should have posted a link to the video, or maybe a link to Musa's Man with Mad Cat Disease video.
UPDATE: Tim Ireland from Bloggerheads has got another take on the story..

Decorating on high
I pitched my tent by the riverbank. It seems to have healed my spine. For the first time in years I didn't wake up with pain in my lower back. I had pain in my ribs from stage diving into the dancers in rehearsal, pain in my feet from loosing my torch and trying to navigate my way through lumps of granite on the way home, I was sneezing continually because of the dust, but I had no more spine pain.
Some of the posse knocked up a granite oven and landscaped it into the surroundings.
First pizzas with oven makers

and out come the freaks
Our host and friends
Randomly arranged branches turn into a couple dancing on the sculpture trail
Britanny band Vortex turned up about 1AM. We struggled a bit to get them on as things got a bit sketchy but they were well worth it. Very good rave influenced rock. By this time everyone was chucking hay everywhere and I could hardly breathe in the barn.
Freaked out freak
After the show we got a chance to relax and wander. This is some really peaceful cornfields at sunset. I miss this sort of stuff in London.
Next time I am going better prepared with dust masks, steel toe boots and a head torch. Really good creative communal vibe, very good to be away from computers, news, mobile phones and civilization. More pics coming...
